Passage Wines farms one hectare of dry-grown vineyard on the red volcanic soils of Baw Baw Shire, West Gippsland, while working with selected vineyard parcels across Gippsland. In the cellar, wild fermentation, patient élevage and minimal intervention shape honest wines guided by their sites and seasons.
